WLB Insurance Group ("we", "us") is an independent insurance brokerage located at 574 Hosmer St, Marlborough, MA 01752. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the product you are interested in, and anything you type into the message field.
Information needed to quote or enroll. If you move forward, we may collect date of birth, Medicare number, prescriptions, providers, and health or financial details required by the carrier's application.
Basic technical data. Standard server and analytics data such as pages viewed and approximate region.

How we use it

To respond to your request and give you a plan recommendation.
To submit applications to the insurance carrier you choose.
To service your policy — renewals, annual reviews, claims and billing questions.
To meet recordkeeping and supervision requirements that apply to licensed agents.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the insurance carriers you ask us to quote or apply to, with our field marketing organization (Legacy Peace of Mind) where required for supervision and appointment, and with service providers who operate our customer relationship management and communication tools on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls, texts and emails

When you submit the contact form and check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you at the phone number and email you provided — including by call, text message, or automated technology — about insurance products. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or telling us directly at (508) 395-3333.

Health information

Any health-related information you share with us is used only to determine eligibility, compare plans and complete applications. It is not used for marketing, and it is not shared beyond the carriers and administrators involved in your coverage.

Your choices

Security and retention

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we keep records for as long as required by the carriers we work with and by applicable insurance regulation. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive identifiers such as your full Social Security number by email.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
