Where we work

Local knowledge, worked entirely by phone and video.

We are based in Marlborough, Massachusetts and we know the MetroWest, Worcester County and Greater Boston plan landscape in detail — but every appointment happens by phone or video, which is why we can do the same work for clients anywhere in the country.

How to reach us

Phone, video, or email — whichever suits you

There is no office to come to and nothing to drive to. Appointments are by arrangement and run by phone or video, including evenings and weekends, because most of our clients are still working when they first get in touch.

Questions

About working with us from where you are.

Do we meet in person?

No. Every appointment is by phone or video — there is no office to visit. In practice that suits people better: appointments are available evenings and weekends, family in another state can join the same call, and you can have all your paperwork spread out in front of you while we talk.

Can you help me if I live in another state?

Yes. We are licensed nationwide under NPN 14656745 and work with clients across the country. Carrier appointments vary by state and by product, so tell us your ZIP code and we will confirm exactly what we are able to place for you before we begin.

Why does my county matter for Medicare?

Medicare Advantage and Part D plan availability, benefits and premiums are set at the county level. Two towns a few miles apart can have entirely different plan slates. It is the first thing we check, and it is why moving — even a short distance — opens a Special Enrollment Period.

I am moving. What should I do about my coverage?

Call before the move if you can. Relocating to a new plan service area is a qualifying event that opens a time-limited Special Enrollment Period for Medicare Advantage and Part D, and a Special Enrollment Period on the ACA Marketplace if you had prior coverage. These windows close faster than most people expect.
